REFUND POLICY

Vetted.report is billed at $2.97 for a 3-month intro period, then $9.99/year, through our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases and handles billing, refunds, and payment processing on our behalf. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from your purchase and receive a full refund, starting from the date of your transaction, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy. Outside this period, refund requests are reviewed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis at their discretion.
